EARLY PRACTICE FOR SPRINTERS AND DISTANCE

BECAUSE OF MULTIPLE GAMES ON THE TURF WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN PERMISSION TO START PRACTICE IMMEDIATELY AFTER SCHOOL. PLEASE TRY AND CHANGE DURING LUNCH OR GYM, SO YOU CAN GET TO THE TRACK AND START WARMING UP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I WANT TO START NO LATER THAN 2:00PM. IF YOU HAVE A CLUB OR 9TH PERIOD I WILL WRITE YOU A NOTE TO EXCUSE YOU FOR THE DAY.

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT WORKOUT DAY BEFORE THE STATE SECTIONAL MEET.

PLEASE MAKE ANY ACCOMMODATIONS YOU NEED TO IN ORDER TO BE THERE. WE WILL BE ABLE TO CONTINUE JUMPING PRACTICE AFTER THE GAME STARTS, BUT WE NEED TO BE BASICALLY DONE WITH THE RUNNING BY 3:15.
