Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. -- Aristotle

Spring is Coming
Winter Shore Conference is over and the Spring season draws ever closer. I can't help but wonder will we be ready to compete. There is about a month to go, and now is the time to ask yourself, "Do I want to be the best? Am I giving it everything I can?" You can never get a day back. You can never get a second chance at a workout. Once the moment passes, it is gone for good. When High School is over, there will never be another chance for many of you to see just how good you can be. There are a lot of things in life we can't control. Good days will be followed by bad days, but we can always choose to struggle, to fight, to compete no matter what kind of day it is. Start now and take advantage of everyday and every practice. Choose to fight. Choose to compete. Choose to be the best and don't let anything get in your way - especially not yourself.
