RFH Dual Meet Results

RESULTS OF DUAL MEET

So where do I start - lets go back a week first.  The Rocket Relays - there were some definite high points.  Kathleen Byrket jumped 16-2.5 in the LJ to lead the LJ relay to a 3rd place finish and the first of her 4 medals.  In the 4x100 Kathleen was helped out by Emily Hennessy's strong anchor leg of 12.4 and they earned another 3rd place.  In the 3x400 hurdles her strong 71 was assisted by her sister Lauren's 72 ( which included the fastest 200m hurdles I have ever seen ) add to that Katelyn Swift's 75 and you have a silver medals for all 3 girls.  Kathleen finished off the day with a strong 400 in the mile relay which also placed 3rd.  to be continued . . .
