NUTRITION - WHAT SHOULD I EAT BEFORE A RACE?

A lot of girls have been asking about what they should eat or dirink before practice and before races.  Here is one educated persons opinion.  If you have been fairly inactive all winter, you probably need to up how much you are eating and how much water you drink because you are demanding more of your body.  You have to eat breakfast and lunch or you are going to struggle at practice.  Your car doesn't run without the right fuel and neither will your body.
