To sum it up Friday started well and then fizzled, but Saturday gradully built up to a great day!
Season Bests for the day were:
Emily Hennessey - 27.05 in the 200m
Rachel Williams - 2:28.70 in the 800m
Lisa Chen - 2:32.76 in the 800m
Katie Little - 12:01.51 in the 3200
Paula Lobaccaro - 17'2" in the Long Jump
The 4x4 also put in a solid effort that I know will improve this weekend at sectionals.

Obviously the Queen Hornet was Paula. Her 17-2 placed 3rd in the meet , and is the second longest jump in Holmdel History. Now we set our eyes on the school record.
Everyone looks good and are poised for a great showing at the State Sectional Meet at Monmouth Regional Friday and Saturday. Keep focused on your goals, and remember your toughest competition is always YOURSELF!
Tomorrow is the Frosh/Soph meet at Jackson liberty. It should be fun!
